I had spent almost an hour getting the run around from the car rental company and unfortunately from my company - as no one was quite sure how to handle my rental car accident.  
At this point the other driver and the police officer were ready and anxious to get things wrapped up.
Both you and Nancy helped take the stress out of the situation and solved our immediate need.
I was later able to get the needed information about  my company's coverage.  Obviously, this claim will be handle by our corporate carrier.
