Harry Swimmer began The Swimmer Insurance Agency in 1953 on the foundations of trust, integrity and personal service. David Swimmer, President, represents the third generation of the Swimmer family actively involved in the insurance industry.

Maintaining strong client relationships continues to be a cornerstone of the agency’s success. As founder Harry Swimmer says, "We become friends with our customers."

From the agency’s offices on Providence Road in Charlotte, North Carolina, Swimmer Insurance provides a full portfolio of commercial and personal risk management products, through some of the most established and trustworthy carriers in the industry.

Perhaps the perfect example came when a client saw her diamond engagement ring disappear down a sink late one evening. After a phone call, Harry Swimmer rescued the priceless possession by driving to the client’s home and retrieving the ring from the drain.
